First motocross race for Grant and Zach

After a night of trick or treating, we all got up at 6am to leave by 7am to go to Grant and Zach's first motocross race. It was about an hr and half away. The kids were very excited and very nervous. All in all the day was a great one. We spent the day racing. Grant finished with a 3rd place and a 4th place and Zach finished with 2 2nd places. They both got 2 trophies and nobody got hurt. Mom was happy about that.

Halloween

It was so nice having Halloween on a Friday this year. Because I started a new job, I was even home to get things together. Zach started the day off with a pajama day at school. He loves when he gets to wear his pj's to school. I bought 3 pumpkins but only 1 got carved. I guess Ryan and Grant are too old for that. Grant decided he did not want to dress up or go trick or treating this yr so Zach was on his own. Zach went with 5 other kids that are friends of his. The dad's drove a pickup truck through the neighborhood pulling a trailer behind with straw and the moms inside. We have a Huge neighborhood and loads of kids everywhere. The kids has a great time and we have enough candy to last us weeks. Riding in the back of the trailer was definitely the way to go for me.
