2nd Grade Field Trip Bethesda Elementary

John knows how much I LOVE ANIMALS so he signed me up for the field trip to the 4H campus with Zach and the second grade at Bethesda Elementary, Monday Oct 27th. We had a great time. Only one parent from each class could go and I got the job. Zach was so happy I was there. Below are pictures from the field trip and a picture of Zach in the classroom before we left

Starting Over....Again

Well, It is Saturday night. My sister Nance got me hooked up with this crazy blogging thing. She spent so much time helping me set it up I now feel obligated to use it and say something. Just to bring you up to speed. Friday I quit my job. Actually a pretty good paying job in a time when the world is a little uncertain. But for me, it is a good thing. I left on good terms. I got to spend Friday saying goodbye to everyone, and Monday I am going on a field trip with Zach and the second grade. So, it doesn't get any better than this. At least for today.

Next week I start my new job. I am working for Konica Minolta USA. They make copiers. I will be working on the manufacturer side supporting the dealer network. I will work out of my home but cover TN, AR, and Louisiana. Next week there is no travel, just getting my new office set up, receiving my lap top and preparing. I will have a breather. But then life may get interesting as I get back on the road. I will keep you posted.

Visit To Kansas City

After Land Between The Lakes, Cathy went to Kansas City to visit her sister Nance and family. While there, she visited the "spa". Here are some pictures from the visit.

Fall Break... Land Between The Lakes

This Fall Break we skipped going to Gatlinburg TN and instead went to Land Between the Lakes in KY. It has miles of dirt bike and 4 wheel tracks to ride. We camped on the lake in tents, no camper this time. The kids (and John) loved it. They spent the entire day riding. Cathy sat back and relaxed in her chair.
